- Preparing the business to grow and sell or grow and hold
We earn on the way through advisory roles and programmes, and on exit through equity value creation.
How we invest
Depending on the opportunity, Pathways will:
- Take sweat equity in return for hands-on growth expertise
- Invest via our Business Investment Fund, alongside aligned capital partners
- Combine equity, advisory and Non-Executive Director (NED) roles
All investments are highly selective and typically structured over a 3–5 year value creation horizon.
