Change barriers The next step is to identify why these things have not changed in the past Motivation The third step is to identify why you want the changes to happen. What are the motivators: for your business, your people and your customers Communication The fifth step is about who needs to know what. Think about the impact it will have on them, how they might react and the effect of their reaction on your success Engagement The final step is to discover the impact of someone not taking action. How will you know if one of your team is not embracing the change, what will the effect of that be, and what will you do about it
